BetOnline Bookmaker Review

BetOnline Sign Up
If you expect to be able to sign up through their poker client, you will just have to get to their website in order to be able to sign up at After sign up, you will finally get into BetOnline Poker’s lobby which looks better than the expectations after what you see their web site. The functionality and the red and white colors are nice. Many poker web sites have a filter for their lobbies, but the BetOnline Poker has simple buttons to filter the games that are placed in convenient places. BetOnline Poker has a small filter as a small online poker room should and until now it seems nice.

BetOnline Bonuses
The BetOnline’s Sign-Up bonus is a relatively unorthodox one. By signing up, BetOnline’s players are getting a BetOnline Poker bonus. The bonus gives to their players a 25% bonus on their deposits, which does not seem like a special one, but here’s the catch: This bonus is not a sign-up bonus. It is a lifetime bonus! So, every time a player makes a deposit, he receives from BetOnline a 25% bonus. You need to deposit at least $50 to be qualified for the bonus. For every $50 deposited, you get 200 promo bucks and you can reach the max 2,000 promo bucks reward.

BetOnline’s Software Graphics
I was very disappointed after what I saw the table graphics, as I am a person who likes to see that the companies are paying very much attention to details. The cards are stacking up on the board very poorly and the bet overlaps the pot’s size and everything looks very asymmetric. The chips are also blurry and very bad made. The animations from the game are poor and the sounds are very bad as well. It is very hard to understand, judging by the sounds and looks how BetOnline is one of the most used poker sites in US. The only positive part that I could spot on BetOnline’s game play is that the full pot and buttons for ¾, ½ and ¼ are betting to in addition to a slider.

Customer Support
Because BetOnline’s software is a very low-quality one I would expect them to have a perfect customer service. It turns out that I was wrong. Their live chat support is one of the worst. After the live chat session starts, you will have to wait some minutes for a customer service employee to answer your question. And he will not only ignore your question but he will also ask you for your username and password as well. And you will have to wait ten or more minutes for “help” while you receive a Thank You for your waiting and then tell you that you will have to wait “just” a moment. And after what he will answer you with another irrelevant answer, you will get thrown out of the chat room and you will receive an automatic message telling you that the customer support did not receive a message from you in a while. The United Stated players should really consider better web sites like before trying BetOnline.

Deposits and Withdrawals
BetOnline Poker offers you three options to deposit your money: Western Union, Moneygram and credit, gift and debit cards. The fee for card deposit at BetOnline is higher than any United States poker web site with a 6 % fee, compared to’s – 4.9%. The Moneygram deposit fees are covered by BetOnline Poker for $300 or more. The deposit limit is from $300 to $9,000 and it usually takes one hour for the deposit to go through. The Western Union fees are also covered by BetOnline poker for $300 or more deposits. The deposit limit is from $50 to $2,500 and it also takes one hour for a deposit to go through.
